AUTHROIZE THE COUNTY ATTORNEY AND
COUNTY ENGINEER TO PURSE ANY LEGAL REMEDIES
On this the 12~' day of January 2004 upon motion made by Commissioner Letz,
seconded by Commissioner Williams, the Court unanimously approved by a
vote of 4-0-0, on the issue of the floodplain, to direct the County Attorney and the
County Engineer to pursue any legal remedies we have to make sure that the
individual involved follows the law.
