AUTHORIZE COUNTY ATTORNEY AND COUNTY ENGINEER
TO INVESTIGATE ALL ASPECTS OF THE LAW
On this the 12`h day of January 2004, upon motion made by Commissioner
Williams, seconded by Commissioner Nicholson, the Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0, that the Court instruct the County Attorney and the
County Engineer to investigate all aspects of this with respect to the law and the
full circumstances and report back to the Court at its next meeting as to what our
remedies may or may not be.
