Annual Report for the Year 2003
Kerr County Emergency Services District No. 2 was created in November 2003 in accord
with the requiremerns of Chapter 775 of the Texas Health & Safety Code.
The Commissioners Court appointed members to the District Board of Commissioners as
indicated below and, on Dec. 9, 2003, the Board elected its officers:
F.C. Henson, President
Vt~esley Patton, Yice President
Cleo Meadow, Secretary
Bruce Oehler, Treasurer
John Gibbens, Assistant Treasurer
The new Board immediately began to establish the numerous policies, procedures and
capabilities necessary to operate the District.
Kerr County Emergency Services District No. 2 neither received nor disbursed funds
during 2003.
