completion of construction of the cul-de-sac from the Court Order 28133.

June 23, 2003 the Court approved abandoning, discontinuing and vacating 545.16 feet of
Dickey Road contingent upon a cul-de-sac being built to specification approved by Road &
Bridge.
Attached is a photograph of the completed cul-de-sac that meets the specification our
department requested.
At this time we ask Commissioners Court issue a Court Order confirming the construction
required in Court Order # 28133.
