Compton Construction has submitted request for Change Order #5 in the amount of
$6016. to compensate for extra rock excavation encountered and required in the Oak
Grove Mobil Home Park and for additional stabilized base required to cover the 10"
sewer line that crosses Riverhill Golf Course.
To be able to allocate sufficient funds to accomplish this change order, the Court would
have to delete the prior Change Order #4 in the amount of $8260. which was for the
installation of a manhole on Ranchero Road. The Ranchero Road manhole will be
included in the plans and specifications being prepazed for the next phase of construction.
