APPROVAL TO TRANSFER BURN BAN

On this the 23rd day of February 2004, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin,
seconded by Commissioner Williams, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-
0-0, to transfer 792-HEAT from 9-1-1 to Kerr County and upon any change to the status
of burn ban being placed there, that Kerrville Police Department, as the dispatch
authority, be notified of that change of status.

Gentlemen-
I think this move would make the system even smoother.
When the Commissioner's sign to take off or put on the burn
ban, the court's AA could immediately call and change the
phone message.
911 has agreed to continue funding that phone line through
this budget year.
