excavation in the Oak Grove Mobil Home Park, and additional stabilized base used to
cover 10" line in Riverhill Golf Course.

Compton Construction has submitted request for Change Order #5 in the amount of
$6016. to compensate for extra rock excavation encountered and required in the Oak
Grove Mobil Home Pazk and for additional stabilized base required to cover the 10"
sewer line that crosses Riverhill Golf Gourse.
To be able to allocate sufficient funds to accomplish this change order, the Court would
have to delete the prior Change Order #4 in the amount of $8260. which was for the
installation of a manhole on Ranchero Road. The Ranchero Road manhole will be
included in the plans and specifications being prepared for the next phase of construction.
