RE: Hermosa Subdivision
1. Hermosa Road SW is a paved Country Lane. Byron Wilkinson, P.E. will prepare plans
and specifications for the road and will size drainage culverts. These documents will be
filed with Final Plat.
2. Hydrology Plan is not required for subdivision with lots greater than 15 acres. (9.06.0}
Hermosa Subdivision contains 11 lots, each 15 acres or more in size.
3. I recommend approval of this Preliminary Plat.
