As part of this effort, we need for Kerr County to consider adopting the attached resolution. This resolution requests that the Texas Department of Transportation declare certain portions of unused right of way as surplus, and that these portions be removed for the state highway system. If this resolution is adopted by Kerr County, and approved by the Texas Transportation Commission, the "old" right of way of SH 39 would become the property of Kerr County. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. If you have any questions or require further information, please contact Michael.Coward, PE at (830) 257-8444.
