Came to be heard this the 22"d day of March 2004 with a motion made by Commissioner
Williams, Seconded by Commissioner Williams, the Court unanimously approved by a
vote of 3-0-0 to extend the engineering contract with Tetra Tech, Inc. to terminate on
12/31 /2006.

Good morning Bill. Kamran has sent me a draft of an amendment to Tetra's Engineering contract for phase I and
II (they have one big contract for those two phases).
It does not change the price of the contract, but extends the termination date to 12/31/06 (if we're not done by
then I'm going to Astronaut school).
Can we add this to the 3/22 agenda?

December 31, 2006.
