Came to be heard this the 22"d day of March 2004 with a motion made by Commissioner
Baldwin, Seconded by Commissioner Nicholson, the Court unanimously approved by a
vote of 3-0-0 to authorize the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Parole Division to
utilize Courthouse space for parolee reporting.
