On Monday, April 5, 2004, at 1:30 p.m., a special meeting
of the Kerr County Commissioners Court was held in the
Commissioners' Courtroom, Kerr County Courthouse, Kerrville,
Texas, and the following proceedings were had in open court:
P R O C E E D I N G S
JUDGE TINLEY: Okay. Let me call to order
the special Commissi~~ners Court meeting scheduled for this
date, Monday, April the 5th of 2004, at 1:30 p.m., it having
been posted for that time. The first item on the agenda is
an executive session concerning interviewing and considering
applicants for the Commissioners Court Coordinator-slash-
Administrative Assistant position. So, if there's no
objection, we will close the open portion of the meeting at
1:35, and we will go into executive session.
(The open session was closed at 1:35 p.m.,
and an Executive Session was held, the
transcript of which is contained in a
separate document.)
(Commissioners Court recessed from Executive
Session without coming back into open
session.)
