RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION OF KERR COUNTY AUTHORIZING DESIGNATED SIGNATORS
FOR TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM CONTRACT TBA 2004
WHEREAS, the County has received funding under the 2004 Texas Community
Development Program; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate signatory for contractual documents pertaining
to these contracts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY KERR COUNTY, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Commissioners' Court designates the County Judge, County
Clerk, and County Commissioner, Precinct No. 2 as authorized signatory
for State of Texas Purchase Vouchers for the Texas Community
Development Program Contract TBA 2004; and,
Section 2. That the Commissioners' Court designates the County Judge, County
Clerk, and County Commissioner, Precinct No. 2 as authorized signatory
for Requests for Advance or Reimbursement for the Texas Community
Development Program Contract TBA 2004; and,
Section 3. That the Commissioners' Court directs and designates the County Judge as
the County's Chief Executive Officer and Authorized Representative to
act in all matters in connection with the Texas Community Development
Program Contract TBA 2004.
