Due to inclement weather, which has created situations in which both Commissioners Letz and Nicholson are unable to make it, this, then, is not a special meeting, but we're going to move forward and do something which we believe is appropriate, and we're going to read into the record a proclamation, having cleared the same with the County Judge and the County Attorney, and it is as follows: Proclamation says, "As the administrative head of Kerr County, I hereby declare Friday, June 11, 2004, as an official day of mourning for President Ronald Reagan, 40th president of the United States, in Kerr County, and order County offices closed, except for services required to protect the public health and safety.
