Hill Country Youth Exhibit Center Reservation Guidelines
Commencing in 2005, booking of the facilities will be done on a first come,
first serve basis with exception of the Hill Country District Junior Livestock
Show, Kerr County Fair, 4-H and Texas Cooperative Extension events.
1. The office will open at 8:00 AM on the first Saturday in June each
year.
2. All bookings that day must be in person. No phone calls or letters
will be accepted.
3. Rollover dates will not be accepted.
4. Each events coordinator will be notified by mail at least 30 days
prior to the first Saturday in June as to what dates are available.
4. Any variances from these rules will have to be approved by Kerr
County Commissioners Court.
