RE: Concept Plan for Plat Revision of Lot 118 (6.21acres), Kerrville South II and
variance items.
I. Mike Tuck wants to divide Lot 118 Kerrville South II Subdivision (Vol. 4, Page 64}
into 5 lots. The way the lot lies in relation to Madrona Drive it already is divided into
2 lots.
2. This lot is served by a public water company, Wiedenfeld Water Works.
3. Variance requests at the time the Preliminary Plat are as follows:
a. One lot is 0.906 instead of 1.00 acre.
b. Frontage on one lot is 142' instead of 200'

According to attached plat (Ezhibit A) Wiedertfeld Water Walks, Incorporated will
be able to supply all five tracts with water of which a 6" line is already in place and has
"~` adequate water supply. Lot 118 is within our certificated water area CN # 12062.
