Notice of Public Hearing Ken County Texas Community Development Program Community Development Fund Project Kerr County is considering a proposed amendment to its approved 2002 Community Development Fund contract # 722411 with the Office of Rural Community Affairs to add the mitigation of thirteen septic tanks. These activities were originally to be performed under TCDP Colonia Fund contract # 721075. A public hearin~ concerning the proposed amendment is scheduled to be held at 10:30 AM on July 12 , 2004 at the Ken County Courthouse, during Commissioner's Court, 700 Main Street, Kerrville, TX 78028. The purpose of the hearing will be to discuss the proposed amendment and solicit citizen input on the proposed change in the scope of the County's 2002 TCDP project. All citizens are encouraged to attend this hearing and present their views to the County. The Courthouse is accessible to the disabled; disabled individuals who might have difficulty attending this public hearing should contact the County Judge's Office at the above address to arrange for special assistance. If anyone interested in attending the hearing requires a translator, please contact the County Judge's Office prior to the hearing so arrangements can be made. If you cannot attend in person, written comments may be submitted and will be accepted by the County until this public hearing is concluded.
