Came to be heard this the 12th day of July 2004 with a motion made by Commissioner
Baldwin, Seconded by Commissioner Letz, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of
4-0-0, to transfer the following expenses for the first lease payment to Ford Motor Credit
and installation of equipment (deer guard, lights, logo, etc.)
