Currently Kerr County lists Ehler Road to be a county maintained road to the south side of the Guadalupe River. The river has changed course in this area and the river now extends about 200' beyond the bridge. It is currently unclear who owns this new wide area of the river and how this has effected the easements on the south side of the river. Additionally one of the property owners that use this bridge has documentation that they own the bridge not the county. The other property owner wants the bridge to continue to be a county owned bridge. This ownership needs to be determined. This is currently an issue as the flow of the river has made this bridge unusable since Apri12004 ,~~ o~~ ~ '~ $>> ~.~5° ~Z~ ~ Q~ 416 ti~ - 5't5~ ~2 ~ - - ~ -- /~ l ~o• ~~ ~ ~ } t y 4~~ e . w•`_` \ ~l°` ~ ~ C` ti IE :RES SIDE ROAD EASE!lENT 1iD AIANG THE .de strip of land eontainina 1.79 acres. tore or IW. 304, in Kers County.
