My client, Jay Dickens has asked me to prepare a Concept Plan for a subdivision of the 54 acre tract he owns along
FM Highway No. 1340. A copy of the plan accompanies this memo.
Mr. Dickens is aware of driveway spacing concerns and access points to FM Highway No. 1340. He would like to
meet with T7CDOT to resolve these issues. Please review the Concept Plan and let me know your thoughts and
when you would be available to meet with Dr. Dickens and me.
