78028. Mark outside of envelope "PROPOSAL-ELECTRICAL", "PROPOSAL-
PLUMBING", "PROPOSAL-HVAC", or "PROPOSAL-PEST CONTROL".
Additional proposal sheets and specifications maybe picked up at the Maintenance
