Came to be heard this the 23rd day of August 2004 with a motion made by Commissioner
Nicholson, Seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved by a
vote of 4-0-0 to set a public hearing for September 27a`, 2004 at 10:00 am for the
Revision of Plat for Tracts 28A and 28B of YO Ranchlands.
