Commissioner Baldwin, and a Second made by Commissioner Nicholson, the Court
unanimously approved a vote of 4-0-0 to set a public hearing for regulatory signs, school
zones and road acceptance on November 8, 2004 at 10:45 A.M.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
REGULATORY SIGNS, SCHOOL ZONE ,ROAD ACCEPTANCE
IN
KERB COUNTY
It is the intention of the Commissioners Court to consider regulatory signs, a school zone,
and the acceptance of a road in Kerr County.
A public hearing will be held November 8, at 10:45 a.m., in the Commissioners
Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse, 700 Main, Kerrville, Texas, concerning the
proposed changes as follows:
Re-Set School Zone for Nimitz Elementary School
Ranchero Road -Beginning 200 ft east of Valley View/Ranchero intersection and
ending 520 ft south of Ranchero/Monroe intersection.
Monroe -Beginning 200 ft north of Ranchero Rd intersection.
Loyal Valley/Valley View -Beginning 200 ft south of Ranchero Rd intersection
and ending 480 feet north of intersection of Ranchero Rd.
George Muck -Beginning at Ranchero Rd intersection for 200 ft south
