Came to be heard this the 12th day of October 2004 with a motion made by
Commissioner Nicholson seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 4-0-0 to approve sealed bids of Hardin Heating and Cooling,
Comptons of Kerrville, State Air, Air Tech, Guadalupe Electric, Butter Worth Electric,
D W Electric, Whelan Plumbing, Starkey Pest Control, Terminex Pest Control. Refer to
Maintenance Department for recomindation.

September 2004. Any Proposals received after closing time will be returned unopened.
Return sealed proposals to the County Auditor, Kerr County Courthouse, 700 Main,
Kerrville, Texas 78028. Mark outside of envelope "PROPOSAL-ELECTRICAL",
"PROPOSAL-PLUMBING" or "PROPOSAL-HVAC".
Additional proposal sheets and specifications maybe picked up at the Auditor's Office at
700 Main, Kerrville, Texas 78028.
To be opened on the 27th day of September 2004, at 10:00 A.M. at Kerr County
