Came to be heard this the 12th day of October 2004 with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams seconded by Commissioner Nicholson the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to authorize a payment up
to $3,827.00 as a prepayment of Resident fees.
