FOR JUVENILE DETENTION FACILILTY.
Came to be heard this the 25th day of October 2004 with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams seconded by Commissioner Nicholson. The Court unanimously
approved to make an offer to continue existing lease and agreement for a period up to
12/31/04
