The James Ingram family would like to donate a 3' x 5' American Flag professionally framed in a Blackwood frame, to be hung in the Courthouse. The flag was gYven to local artist, Dan Archer, by a Boy Scout Troop, who in turn framed it and gave it to the Ingram family.
