DISPLAYING FRAMED UNITED STATES FLAG ON 2ND. FLOOR OF
COURTHOUSE.
Came to be heard this the 8th day of November 2004 with a motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 4-0-0 to accept the donation of a flag, by a local Boy Scout Troop
and to display the flag in court room number 1.

The James Ingram family would like to donate a 3' x 5' American Flag
professionally framed in a Blackwood frame, to be hung in the Courthouse.
The flag was gYven to local artist, Dan Archer, by a Boy Scout Troop, who in
turn framed it and gave it to the Ingram family.
