JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY
Came to be heard this the 22nd of November 2004 with a motion made by Commissioner
Letz seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court approved by vote of 3-2-0 to offer
bondholders $1,750,000.00 for the Juvenile Detention Facility with conditions to be met
by bondholders.
