EXTENSION AND ACQUISITION OF THE JUVENILE FACILILTY.
Came to be heard this the 1st day of December 2004 with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court approved by a vote
of 3-1-0 to extend the time to the bondholders to make an offer until a December 8, 2004
at 3:00 P.M. And reduce the notice provision for extending the lease/operating agreement
period from 30 days down to 15 days.
