VARIANCE FOR TOM HAILEY PROPERTY OFF OF WILSON CREEK.
Came to be heard this the 13th day of December 2004 with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 4-0-0 a variance from 60' to 40', where a 60' easement cannot be
obtained for the property to be platted as a subdivision.
