Came to be heard this the 13th day of December 2004 with a motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to have the 2nd Commissioner's Court meeting at the Union
Church building, January 24, 2005.
