OPERATIONAL FUNDING FOR THE JUVENILE DETENTION FACLITY.
Came to be heard this the 13th day of December 2004 with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams seconded by Commissioner Letz.. The Court approved by a
vote of 3-1-0 to declare an emergency and authorize additional funding of $20,000.00 for
payroll.
