My clients, Northpoint Investors, Ltd., are the owners of the 0.15 acre of land described on the enclosed plat and field note description. Apparently when Red Bird Loop was constructed, part of the road was constructed over this piece of land. My clients are willing to deed this 0.15 acre tract to the County if the County would like to accept it.
