Resolution WHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County finds it in the best interest of the citizens of Kerr County that the Crime Victims' Rights' Coordinator Program be operated for the 2805 2886 year to ran from Jaty !, 20®5 aatfi dace 30, 2006; and WHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County agt~ees to provide applicable matching funds for the said project as regaired by the Victims of Crime Act grant application; and WHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County agrees that in the event of loss or misuse of the Criminal Justice Division farads, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County assares that the fads will be retard to the Crim~al Justice Division in full. WHEREAS, the Co^®missioaers' Court of Kerr Coaaty desiggates County Judge Pat Tinley as the grantee's authorized official. The authorized official is given the power to apply for, sooept, reject, after or terminate the grant on behalf of the applicant agency. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Commissioner's Court of Kerr County approves submission of the grant application for the Crime Victims' Rights' Coordinator Program to the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division.
