SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH BONDING COMPANIES
Came to be heard this the 13th day of December 2004 with a motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court approved by
vote of 3-1-0 to adopt settlement agreement with Jackie Davis, dba Davis Bonding
Company and Emily S Behrens dba Associated Bonding Company.
