PAT TINLEY, Kerr County Judge HON. EMIL KARL PROHL, 198th District Judge 24 ABSENT: HON. STEPHEN B. ABLES, 216th District Judge 25 2 1 On Thursday, October 28, 2004, at approximately 2:29 2 p.m., an emergency meeting of the Kerr County Juvenile Board 3 was held in the District Courtroom Jury Room #1, Kerr County 4 Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas, and the following proceedings 5 were had: 6 P R O C E E D I N G S 7 JUDGE TINLEY: I'll convene a meeting -- a 8 special emergency meeting of the Kerr County Juvenile Board 9 scheduled for 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2004, second 10 floor of the Kerr County Courthouse in Jury Room Number 1. 11 Again, we're a little late getting started. The item on the 12 agenda is to consider and discuss a temporary continuation 13 of the operating agreement between Kerr County, Texas and 14 the Kerr County Juvenile Board, whereby the Kerr County 15 Juvenile Board would continue to oversee the operation of 16 the juvenile facility on an interim basis, along with -- 17 concurrently with a lease agreement which has been extended 18 along those same terms. Again, as indicated, Kerr County 19 would be obligated to pay the expenses of operation of the 20 facility to the extent those expenses weren't generated by 21 the facility itself, as has been going on in the past month, 22 or approximately a month. 23 JUDGE PROHL: So moved. 24 JUDGE TINLEY: I'll second that motion.
